A Hat in Time

Olivia received her helmet this week on Monday, March 14. She was such a trooper, both when she was getting fitted for it and when it finally went on her noggin. We were worried that our insurance wouldn’t help with the cost; after all, they had strict parameters for Olivia’s plagiocephaly—down to the millimeter! Thankfully, they did cover about five hundred dollars. We’ve now met Olivia’s deductible for the year. Yay?

I’m grateful that our daughter has Erica for her mother. Erica’s persistence in getting Olivia screened and treated will ensure her lovely noggin develops properly.
